Fortunately it doesn't usually get super cold down here in Texas. I've done a couple gravel rides in 35° temps and did end up wearing Under Armour cold weather shirt and leggings under my normal winter attire. Above 40°, I'm in summer gear, typically. I like the cold, obviously.
