Cycling Changed My Life

It can change yours, too. If you have diabetes or other health problems, cycling can get you in shape, help you lose weight, and get back in control.

I know. I've done it. I've gone from being an overweight blob with high blood sugar to a normal weight guy with slightly higher than normal blood sugar.

In the process I've lost 40 pounds, and I'm on my way to more. It's not magic that does it. It's not fairy dust. It's not wishful thinking.

It's commitment and determination and setting goals and getting on your bike and riding. And eating right. And watching your carbs. And giving up ice cream (an especially tough one for me).

A simple formula, yes. Not so simple to pull off. That's why this newsletter exists — to be your partner on this journey to better health. Together we can do this.

I promise.

That's what The Diabetic Cyclist will bring to you. Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and website. Never miss an update.

Join Me on the Journey

Together we'll get ‘er done. Sign up, but don't stop there – participate with me. Give me feedback on what you like and don't like. Tell me how I can do this better, what I'm doing wrong and what I'm doing right. I want this to be a partnership.

Conquering diabetes is a choice – you don't have to accept your condition with a shrug of the shoulders. You can change your life. You can lower your weight. You can give up sugar. You may be able to get off your medication sooner rather than later — that's what happened with me.

At the very least you will get more fit, and your life will belong to you again.
