Newly Type 2 diagnosed here, and I'm looking forward to getting the better of it. I used to be in great shape about 5 years ago but broke my back about 2 years ago and my cycling (and exercise in general) has suffered.
That we see each other every few months my friend, as opposed to daily or weekly, has made it very easy to SEE the changes you've made. Well done!! It's an inspiration for those of us who still need to hit that reset button.
